Call 202-396-2000 or book online. We offer Saturday and Sunday appointments- perfect for busy families and working professionals.

Paperless Forms

FDC is paperless. After you book your appointment, we will send you patient forms electronically. Please fill out all new patient forms via text or online before your visit. Bring your photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, and any dental records or X-rays from your previous dentist (if applicable).

Your First Exam

Comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, oral cancer screening, and one on one conversation with Dr. Lloyd about your goals. Expect 45-60 minutes.

Treatment Plan

We'll walk you through every option, explain what's urgent vs. elective, and discuss costs openly. You decide the pace.

Payment Options

Insurance? Leave the details to us. No insurance? Ask about out FDC Membership Plan or Sunbit payment plans. Affordable care, real options.
